Team Florida will operate (1) 17U/2020 and (1) 16U/2021 teams consisting of 10 players each who are being invited to play based on their elite level of skill and by specific position they play. Our mission is fully targeted on these players and NOT a full organization of many teams which often become diluted with too many unkept commitments.
The State of Florida will field ONLY 2 "Gold" Adidas Gauntlet Clubs in 2019 of which Team Florida is one. Gold Adidas Gauntlet affords players the opportunity to play on the main stage to be seen by the top college coaches in the country during LIVE recruiting periods. Additionally Team Florida will be traveling with a professional video crew for all games to be hosted online and made available to the largest database of college coaches throughout the season and recruit-able periods
Team Florida will also accept "Player Recommendations" from High School or AAU Coaches for players who may be invited to a training event and tryout session, where 2 remaining spots will be filled on each team. Please find the Player Recommendation form under the Contact/Inquiries Tab. Player considerations for these tryouts will be notified by Feb 28th and no tryout fees, etc are charged to attend this session if invited.
